Michelin Guide 2026: Hong Kong Restaurants Awarded Michelin Stars

The Michelin Guide 2026 is out! Read on to find out which Hong Kong restaurants received stars — or moved up the ranks — this year.

A total of 77 restaurants in Hong Kong and 21 restaurants in Macau received stars at the 18th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau. Hosted at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, 57 Hong Kong restaurants were awarded with one star, including Arcane, Gaddi’s and Racines, and two restaurants have just received the honour. Three Michelin Stars: Seven Hong Kong Restaurants Maintained Rankings
